Memory is a fragile thing, especially in the Post-Truth era. As we interrogate the past for
answers, the response we get is never as clear as we want. All time and space cannot be condensed into
a few frames. Through a process of transferring images from medium to medium the pictures shift and
become brittle as they are overloaded with information. These photographs disintegrate as they are
uploaded and placed to nonexistent walls. I am asking with these images: Can you break an Image? And
if so, does that make it a real thing?
